1. Our Services
WgVisual is a full-service digital agency offering Web Development, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and IT Support. The specific details, scope, and deliverables of any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement provided to the client before work begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content, text, images, and resources required for the project in a timely manner.
- Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback within the agreed timeframe.
- Communicate clearly and promptly regarding any changes or approvals.
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may result in project timeline extensions.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All pricing is agreed upon before the commencement of the project. Our standard payment terms are:
- A non-refundable upfront deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate the project.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files/live deployment are handed over.
- We accept payments via direct bank transfer, mobile banking (bKash/Nagad), and designated international payment gateways.
4. Revisions & Scope Creep
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the final result. Most of our projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Any additional feature requests, design changes, or extensive modifications outside the original project scope will be considered "Scope Creep" and may incur additional charges at our standard hourly or flat rate.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Upon full payment of the project invoice, the copyright and ownership of the final deliverables (website source code, final graphics, rendered videos) are transferred to the client. However, WgVisual retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Unused concepts, draft designs, and working files (like raw project files) remain the property of WgVisual unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
WgVisual shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use our deliverables or services.
