Greater Clean Commercial Cleaning Platform

The Challenge

The commercial cleaning industry is typically plagued by a lack of accountability, inconsistent service quality due to franchise models, and poor client communication. Greater Clean needed a digital platform that could unequivocally showcase and operationalize their core value proposition: direct employment, quality control, and transparency. The goal was to build a system that centralized operations, client communication, and proof-of-work, moving them entirely past the industry's traditional pain points.

Our Strategy & Solution

We designed a unified, high-performance web application based on a modern Next.js 14 stack:

• ✓Public Presence & SEO: Developed an incredibly fast, visually appealing public website (Homepage, Services, About, Why Us) focused on communicating the brand's key differentiators and achieving superior search engine performance.
• ✓Secure Client Portal: Implemented a multi-role authentication system using NextAuth/PostgreSQL/bcrypt to create a secure Client Portal. Clients can track service requests, view their assigned team, access schedules, and download reports and inspection checklists directly.
• ✓Comprehensive Admin Dashboard (The Operational Hub): Created a powerful admin interface for internal teams to manage all operational aspects:
  1. Staff & Assignments: CRUD operations for staff members and managing client-to-staff assignments.
  2. Client Management: Full client details, including editing, scheduling, and deletion with password confirmation for security/page.tsx, uploaded:khandokardev/greaterclean/khandokardev-greaterclean-07bc12227963d7e952b485cb8febcfdc3f301aa7/src/app/api/admin/delete-client/route.ts].
  3. Digital Reporting: Uploading facility reports (PDF/Image) directly to Vercel Blob and tracking service requests.
